The process to create a custom engagement ring is entirely personalized and collaborative.

It all starts off with a conversation. You come in and speak with our team and tell us what you’re envisioning.

We go through the style, the design, the materials, the stones. We work together to settle on a concept, iterating it until it's perfect through CAD.

Once we have a finalized concept, crafting begins. After casting, everything is done here in-house, so you can rest assured every detail will match the plan.

We keep you involved at each stage so there are no surprises.

Most custom engagement rings take a few weeks from design approval to completion, though timelines vary depending on the time it takes to settle on a design, the complexity of the piece and stone availability.

If you have a date in mind, kindly let us know and we’ll do our best to work around it.

Absolutely! Incorporating a stone from the family into a new piece is one of the most meaningful things we get to be part of.

We’ll assess the stone first to make sure it’s in good condition and suitable for the setting you have in mind, then design the piece around it.

Bring it in and we’ll take a look.

Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, chemically and physically identical to mined stones, and they’re a great option for custom work. They’re often more affordable for the same quality stone, which can mean more flexibility in your budget for the setting or design.

We can walk you through the options and help you find the right stone for your ring.

Cost depends on a few things: the metal, the stone, and the complexity of the design.

We don’t have a set starting price because every ring is different.

What we can tell you is that we work with a range of budgets and we’ll always be upfront about what things cost before any work begins.
